1.5 hr cricket practice. Actually batted today. Turns out I have gotten into some bad bottom hand habits since the tennis elbow issue, but the bowlers could not expose it as much as I knew it.
1.6 miles in 20 mins on elliptical, followed by 0.5 miles in 5 minutes on the treadmill. Took 3 days off being sick, need to play some catch up in the next 7 days or so.
